As I walked up to the dealership, Bob Bauer came out to greet me. I knew what I wanted and Bob worked really hard to get it. Their whole team was friendly and courteous. The whole deal was very low pressure. To get me what I wanted, they had to get a car from another dealership. When the original deal didn't work out, they kept trying until they found exactly what I wanted. The car was perfect. After 1 month I haven't found even a minor quibble. Working with Team Ford of Marietta definitely exceeded my expectations. During the time I was at the dealership, they brought in a buffet lunch and invited their customers. I thought that was a nice touch. More
