I HAVEN'T BOUGHT A FORD PRODUCT SINCE 1963.I DECIDED TO BUY A FORD SINCE FORD MOTOR CORPORATION DIDN'T TAKE MY TAX DOLLARS TO SURVIVE. I LIKED FORD COMMERCIALS ABOUT THEIR VEHICLES, IN PARTICULAR THE ONE T BUY A FORD SINCE FORD MOTOR CORPORATION DIDN'T TAKE MY TAX DOLLARS TO SURVIVE. I LIKED FORD COMMERCIALS ABOUT THEIR VEHICLES, IN PARTICULAR THE ONE THAT WAS PULLED BECAUSE IT MADE THE SAME POINT THE I MADE ABOUT NOT TAKING TAX DOLLARS. I HAD ALSO EXPRESSED MY DISPLEASURE TO FORD CORPORATE ABOUT PULLING THE BEST ADD. IN ANY EVENT, I DECIDED TO LOOK FOR A FORD VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET. I HAD 4 DEALERSHIPS LINED UP TO VISIT AND I RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM 3 OF THEM. CHEROKEE FORD IS LOCATED 2 MILES FROM MY HOUSE AND I PASS IT EVERY DAY. JIM TIDWELL FORD IS ABOUT 10 MILES DONE THE ROAD. TEAM FORD OF MARIETTA IS FARTHER DOWN THE ROAD. I NEVER MADE IT TO THE 4TH DEALER, WADE FORD. THE REASON I DIDN'T MAKE IT TO WADE FORD IS THAT I MET UP WITH SALEMAN THOMAS LEWIS. I HAD TOLD HIM AS I DID THE OTHERS THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY TODAY BUT I WANTED A QUOTE. I HAD 2 QUOTES AND WAS LOOKING FOR WHAT THOMAS LEWIS COULD DO TO HELP ME MAKE A DECISION. THOMAS TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE; WORKED ME OVER GOOD WITH ALL THE FEATURES/BENEFITS; BROUGHT IN SALES MANAGER SCOTT PATTERSON, AND GENERAL MANAGER JIM SLEZAK. I HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING THAT DAY. I HAD THE QUOTES AND I WANTED TO GO HOME AND MAKE THE COMPARISONS. THE TEAM OF THOMAS, SCOTT AND JIM WAS MORE THAN I COULD HANDLE.THEY WERE OUSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL OF ANY GUYS I HAD MET AND THEY REALLY MADE ME FEEL THAT I WANTED TO BUY FROM THEM. THEY MADE EVERY EFFORT TO GET MY BUSINESS AND I NEVER MADE IT TO WADE FORD FOR ANOTHER QUOTE. THE END RESULT, I FEEL THAT I MADE A GREAT PURCHASE FROM A GREAT ORGANIZATION AND I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED. THEY THEN INTRODUCED ME SYNC SPECIALIST CHRIS VAVREK WITH WHOM I MADE A APPOINTMENT AND I HAVE SINCE TAKEN INSTRUCTIONS FROM HER REGARDING SYNC. SHE DOES A GREAT JOB AND SHE WAS OUTSTANDING AT HELPING ME UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEMS. I CANNOT SPEAK WELL ENOUGH ABOUT THIS FORD TEAM... THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS A PLEASURE. THANKS THOMAS, SCOTT, JIM, & CHRIS....... AND.... THEY INTRODUCED ME TO SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT INCLUDING THE SERVICE MANAGER AND SERIVCE ADVISORS..... IT IS OBVIOUS THAT EVERYONE IN THIS ORGANIZATION WANTS ME TO BE A HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. AND, I TELL EVERYONE I MEET HOW GREAT IT WAS TO DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Everyone that I dealt with @ Team Ford Maretta was great, very friendly, personal. I went in looking for a specific truck, size, color, upgrades. I was told they had just sold one like it, but would look a very friendly, personal. I went in looking for a specific truck, size, color, upgrades. I was told they had just sold one like it, but would look around. I was touring the dealership a little, and the salesman came looking for me to tell me they had found my truck. It had came in the night before, they hadn't even processed it in yet, and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. We went to lunch and 2 hrs later I was done and driving off the lot in my new beautiful red F150 platinum truck, all cleaned up, a full tank of gas, and my phone synced up. Now that is what I call service!!! More
Love our new Escape. However customer service could have been better from Jeff. he was supposed to set up service to have sidesteps installed after they were ordered and received. My husband ended up calling the service mgr. to find out that the steps were in and to set up installation.:-(. Also the whole evening we were in purchasing the Escape (about 3 hours) we were never offered a glass of water, a cup of coffee. That would have been a nice touch. More
I've bought several cars at this dealership. Those experiences were fine even though I cannot remember the name of the person that sold me the car. Always friendly. When there was a serious problem, he always had an answer. Returns phone calls..... Team Ford ought to be proud to have him! More

Tyrone was an excellent salesman. I had researched what I wanted and he was able to find exactly what I wanted and have it to the dealership in a couple of hours. It was Easter weekend and the dealership I wanted and he was able to find exactly what I wanted and have it to the dealership in a couple of hours. It was Easter weekend and the dealership fed me lunch because they had to get it from another dealership. He was a great salesman. I don't like pushy salepeople. I am a to the point person and if I had gotten a pushy salesperson I would have probably walked out. He was just the type salesperson that fit my personality.
