Jeff greeted me as I walked through the door with a "welcome to Auto Nation how can I help You? for the next two hours we tried to locate a new Flex SEL like the 2009 I had to trade. He was very patie "welcome to Auto Nation how can I help You? for the next two hours we tried to locate a new Flex SEL like the 2009 I had to trade. He was very patient and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. After searching in and out of state we located one in South Carolina and started work on that when I spied a Flex Limited parked out front and we went to work to see if I could purchase that car at a price I wanted to pay. We worked the numbers but were not where I wanted to be but Jeff continued to work with me and brought his boss into the discussion. Because I was moving up to top of the line I had to come up a little and his boss was willing to come down a little and I asked for a few extras which were given to me. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 FLEX LIMITED and could not be more pleased. Jeff and his boss were both professional in the way they treated me and at no time did I feel any pressure to buy which would have turned me off. I feel that Jeff treated me as a friend and not just another sale. I would recommend Auto Nation if you are looking for a new Ford and I would hope that you would ask for Jeff when you go in.
