My Edge was brought in from cartesville and Megan made sure it was in perfect condition since it was new but noticed a few scratches on the back of the car and had it painted, detailed and also had my front windows tinted for me. Long-time customer: Ignored by Service Dept. Reps Took my car in today for the routine oil-change, and none of the three employees standing in the service corridor bothered to greet me, ask what I nee Took my car in today for the routine oil-change, and none of the three employees standing in the service corridor bothered to greet me, ask what I needed done, nor did they move previous cars forward in the services lane causing me and two others behind me to leave our cars parked in an intersection (there was enough lane space for three cars to move into the service bay!). Three employees standing the service area, talking to each other and doing nothing else! Went inside on my own to get a service rep. After telling the CSR at counter what I needed done, she told me to wait on a service rep. Only one available, and he was fairly disorganized - he was trying to process paperwork on a completed repair, and kept walking away to find out what to do with the paperwork. Still the three employees in the service area loitering around and no one tried to assist me. After 20 minutes of waiting to be helped, I decided to leave. Will go to local independent from now on. This used to be a good service center, but they just lost a nine-year customer relationship. More
