Service Center Is Understaffed and Overworked My family and I have owned Ford trucks for many years, but we won't be buying another, and we certainly won't have anything serviced here again. The bottom line is that the service department is overworked and understaffed, and trying to get anything done there is horribly painful. Don't buy any kind of service plan unless you want buyer's remorse. With this said, I want to be clear that this isn't the fault of the people that actually WORK there. There are some great people that work in there. I feel sorry for the people who work there because they have a hard job and clearly don't receive enough support. Perhaps management should cut their salaries and hire more workers/pay them better, or worry less about sales, and more about servicing their existing customers that have already paid them money. Simply not ethical to treat the service personnel or the customers like this. OWNER: Save the canned response. Go hire some people instead . More

He went out of his way to help me understand a feature of the manual transmission, that at first, stumped us. It took some time and a few phone calls, but in the end he wouldn’t let it go until we had our answers. To end this experience, I worked with Matthew Johnson in finance. He’s hands down one of the coolest, calm money guys you’ll ever have the pleasure of working with. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I have been in the market for a new pick up truck, unlike most men, my wife was searching online shopping for me. She came across the exact truck tha I have been in the market for a new pick up truck, unlike most men, my wife was searching online shopping for me. She came across the exact truck that I was looking for in the exact color, for the price that I wanted to spend. It was a Sunday evening and my wife put in my information for someone to contact me about the availability of the vehicle. Within the hour, on that same Sunday night, (I didn’t even think they were open) Melvin Lomack sent an email and followed up with a phone call. Long story short, Monday morning my wife and I drove out there to test drive the vehicle, and within an hour and a half I purchased my new pick up truck with the transaction finished.
