To start, you will never get a hold of someone on the phone that's helpful to get what u need done. They will rip you off in ways you didn't think could happen such in my case. I got a 2017 ford fusion sport and after two weeks I had to get a rear differential, new windshield(let someone test drive the car day before I bought, chipped window which they try to cover up with a sticker and sell it, also I had one tire that should've been switched out to match the others but instead they took the 3 250$ eco sport tires off and replaced them with 4 cheap tires. I think the funniest part was that they didn't even have an emissions done on the car when I was about to pull off the lot. They make me hate ford, even though I should hate just them. Two year old Ford Raptor under warranty was taken to Service Department at Auto Nation Ford Marietta. It took the dealership over a week to look at the problem despite having an appointment. Terrible communication, no follow up and hard to get a hold of anybody to get an update. They ordered the parts and kept my trucks for another three weeks. When driving out of the dealership the check engine light came on and transmission issues began that weren’t there before taking it to the dealership. Due to all the issues I sent an email to the general manger and did not receive a reply. I scheduled a new appointment to get the issues resolved. They held the truck for another two days and despite having a new appointment they never looked at it. The issues are still not resolved. Stay away from this dealership and don‘t buy a Ford. More
The service department doesnxt seem to be ablecto fix my backup camera on my f250. They have tried multiple times. the last time 3 days ago they replaced the camera for the second or third time. it quit wor backup camera on my f250. Wow!!! I’m still amazed by how swift and professional working with this AutoNation Ford Marietta was. As someone who was purchasing a car on their own for the first time, I was feeling very overwhelmed u working with this AutoNation Ford Marietta was. As someone who was purchasing a car on their own for the first time, I was feeling very overwhelmed until I stumbled upon a 2019 Ford Mustang on auto trader. I reached out to the company and was immediately contacted by Jamel Carter. In addition to reaching out, he explained the entire process to me and made me feel comfortable. I was told most car salesmen will attempt to force you into a vehicle. I NEVER felt forced and he was honest with me from start to finish. He even gave me his phone number so I could contact him at anytime with questions I had while doing my research. His professionalism and patience is the reason I decided to drive the 3.5 hours to view the car. That’s when I met him in-person. I also worked with his colleague, Andrew Mills, to finalize my paperwork. After test driving the car (they gave me the keys and told me to take all the time I needed to test it out), I returned and had fallen in love with the vehicle. Andrew went through all of the paperwork patiently and even served as my personal counselor as I discussed my personal relationship while we waited lol. Not once did Andrew seem rushed or bothered. He was very informative and understanding throughout the entire process. They were like family and they both really had my best interest at heart. The process was so quick and I still can’t believe they got me in and out so fast. This is my first experience with a car dealership but I am so happy I went with Jamel, Andrew, and Auto Nation. I have already recommended this company to all of my friends and two are returning next month to get cars. Trust me when I say....this is the dealership you need in your life!!! They also got my payments lower than the other competitors for the same car. They have a customer for life!!!
