Very poor customer service from adviser. Little or no communication of the status of my vehicle repairs, I had to call 3 and 4 times somedays just to get a status on my repairs. A repair that only took 3 communication of the status of my vehicle repairs, I had to call 3 and 4 times somedays just to get a status on my repairs. A repair that only took 3 days to fix took 4 weeks to complete. Not to mention the very next day the service engine light came back on. My 2018 Ford echo sport has had the same issue from the date of Purchase at a Ford Dealership in Chattanooga TN, and no one has been able to repair the issue. I'm stuck with a car that has known issues and Ford has not offered any help. I wouldn't recommend a Ford to anyone. More

I bought a 2014 ford f 150 and traded a car in on it. With the trade .it was $21000. When i purchase a vehicle I take it home and get the book out I read the book and go over it top to bottom, Bad news i With the trade .it was $21000. When i purchase a vehicle I take it home and get the book out I read the book and go over it top to bottom, Bad news it was leaking fluid up under it at the oil pan.I'm pissed off at this point, I went first thing this morning to autonation ford where i bought it I went in and said i needed to talk to whoevers in charge.James comes over where i was sitting wanted to know what the problem was so i told him he was as nice as he could be.He told me it was under warranty they would fix whatever was wrong with it, gave me a Lincoln to drive home and told me it would be fixed by friday. I will be doing business with him for now on. Went pissed off and left happy. More

They passed on to me a pre-existing problem that was a major expense. The general manager was horrible to my wife when we tried to get them to work with us on the bill which was $2500.00. The problem with a stationary piece of glass on the backside of the sunroof which is where our major water leak was coming from, somehow he said that I was supposed to move the glass and caused the leak, which is impossible without breaking it. Please beware do not buy a car from here. They have horrible customer service. More
