We took our car and on a Thursday for a simple recall and told it would be ready at the end of the day. We called on Friday it wasn’t ready we called on Saturday it wasn’t ready. Very poor customer service from adviser. Little or no communication of the status of my vehicle repairs, I had to call 3 and 4 times somedays just to get a status on my repairs. A repair that only took 3 communication of the status of my vehicle repairs, I had to call 3 and 4 times somedays just to get a status on my repairs. A repair that only took 3 days to fix took 4 weeks to complete. Not to mention the very next day the service engine light came back on. My 2018 Ford echo sport has had the same issue from the date of Purchase at a Ford Dealership in Chattanooga TN, and no one has been able to repair the issue. I'm stuck with a car that has known issues and Ford has not offered any help. I wouldn't recommend a Ford to anyone. More
