Ruben was very friendly and professional. He did a great job staying in communication with me and keeping me posted on the progress of my vehicle. He was knowledgable and I felt like he had my best interest job staying in communication with me and keeping me posted on the progress of my vehicle. He was knowledgable and I felt like he had my best interest at hand. My mom had to go pick my car up with a neighbor and she also commented on how nice and helpful Ruben was. What I really appreciated and what made things easy for me is that I was able to text Ruben about my car. Talking on the phone is not always possible and texting is easier at times. I felt like this kept the ball rolling with the repair on my car so we weren't waiting for each other on returning phone calls. Thank you Ruben for making this experience quick and easy! More
