Had a rattle/squeak coming from rear passenger seat that was driving me crazy in my 2018 Expedition Limited. Took it in, they had a service bulletin addressing the issue, added the fix, and rattle resolved was driving me crazy in my 2018 Expedition Limited. Took it in, they had a service bulletin addressing the issue, added the fix, and rattle resolved. Also had a tail light with moisture inside it. They replaced the entire light fixture, no hassle, no problem. In fact, the service team noticed that actually both lights had moisture so they replaced both. Repair was under warranty. Had to wait an extra day for the second tail light to come in, but that was worth the wait. Vehicle is now 100% where we want it to be. Dean Whitmire always goes the extra mile in getting it right.
