I have been dealing with this service department for three years now, ever since I bought my F150 there. They’ve handled several different types of service issues, including regular oil changes, cabin a three years now, ever since I bought my F150 there. They’ve handled several different types of service issues, including regular oil changes, cabin air filter replacement, a problem with the rear tail lights last year, tire rotation, etc. They have always dealt very fairly with me as far as charges, and Dean Whitmire Service advisor is very attentive. Let’s put it this way – we drive past another Ford dealership to get to this dealership! That should say at all. More

I went to the dealership to get my oil change change and figure out why I was getting my service light on.. Emmanuel I think that was the guys name. I told him if he could check the light and do my oil chan figure out why I was getting my service light on.. Emmanuel I think that was the guys name. I told him if he could check the light and do my oil change, after he check my car, he told me that I need new tires on the front. I told him to get a quote for me which he never did it because he was to busy on his phone and Apple Watch than taking care people. After my car went to the back to get the oil change, he come back and said that if I wanted to know why the light was on I had to pay $260 just for plug in the computer I see what the problem is and after that get charge for the repair… which of course I refuse to pay $260 just to know why the light is on More
