Long time patron of Marietta Ford/AutoNation for both personal and professional. I recently had my personal vehicle in with a scheduled appointment for a recall which is about a 30-60 minute repair and l personal and professional. While disappointed I will continue to use their service department as onc service advisors incompetence doesn’t reflect the majority. The individual argued with as opposed to rectifying the main issue, unprofessional all the way around. My primary advisor was out of town. Going forward I’ll wait. More

Constantly had to chase for an update on my car and would end up with an answering service who would come back to me and advise they could not get ahold of anyone and had to send an email and I would have to end up with an answering service who would come back to me and advise they could not get ahold of anyone and had to send an email and I would have to wait for a return call. Was told my car would be ready at 5pm only to get there and find out it was not ready and my ride had already left. Had to wait 30 minutes for my ride to return. Had a like same experience 2 weeks ago when I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Could not get ahold of the service department for an update as to when the car would be ready. More
