I bought a 2024 ford f150 I thought it was brand new it was not after signing paperwork j found out through Santander the vehicle was used so it had to be booked out as a used vehicle , I also found that A was not after signing paperwork j found out through Santander the vehicle was used so it had to be booked out as a used vehicle , I also found that ALM ford falsely advertised on their website saying the vehicle had 11,000 taking off it was not they lied ,they try to claim they gave me only 7500 off ford gave me 7500 off , I’m a total disabled veteran and got screed by this dealership , I got text from a sales man name Greg Collins that the vehicle was selling for 43,390 it was not after I signed paperwork everything came out , they added things to my deal with our asking , they charged for a warranty 10,000 after everything was done ,43,390 subtract 23,500 that’s 16,000 for my Camaro and 7500 from ford because it’s in their website , that would has made this truck 19,890 , at first they were trying to charge me 60000 , this dealership is that bad I will file a complaint with the attorney general’s office of consumer affairs and the Secretary of State , I have ask them to take off this warranty several times they refuse and then got lie to by a guy a managing partner name chuck ,which Santander called him a liar and said Mr smith it’s your choice all we require is full coverage insurance, I was screwed and now stuck in a truck with a high payment ,they knew I only get a certain amount for my pension and took advantage bad ,I would not in my best judgment but anything for these people all they did was make a big check for them selves , it took another finance director to show me exactly what they did ,I would stay away from this dealership for buying any vehicle , they lie to me and said my vehicle was new in fact it wasn’t necessary was because of the year model they sold me a vehicle that set on that lot sense 2023 , their lying to customers to get them to buy these trucks, beware this place is that bad I have uploaded pics if my contract and a screen showing they supposed to take off 11,000 I was literally in an argument was some don vice president if this company that doesn’t mine meeting them screw and be their to back there lie up , the friend that found their spotty shady xx , heard the guy over the phone , he told me I caught what they did they don’t like it they committed fraud and Misrepresentation: False or misleading statements made to customers,deceptive business practices , using deceptive tactics to lure consumers in and then lie to them about the sale , I will not buy another vehicle ver fro my this place it’s that bad. Please review this statement and beware ,let me say this these people feed off people that are desperate and if it feels like you been screwed take it to a lawyer that deals with contracts and if you know someone in the automotive business get them to look over your contract pretty sure you’ll find what you don’t want to know ,the company need to make this for me , I’m not stopping here there will be a complaint filed against them ,lesson learned hard will not ever put myself through this again ever ,ALM ford and ALM as a company is that bad or it’s their crooked people that don’t care how they screw someone ,yes they committed fraud and unfair business practices in also goin to the county about this ,if anyone reads this stop go to another fire dealership they are a few around ,Tidwell ford ,hardy ford. I got a message from the general wanting to make this truthful but not a phone call back ,I’m fixing to turn this over to fox5 in Atlanta and I’m also discussing this with the attorney general in ga , I got screwed and they knew I was a disabled veteran and took advantage of me ,thus truck was sitting in there lot for two years , I got lie about selling price and they charged full price of 54,390 when they had advertised as 43,390 I even got the text from the sales guy Greg Collins this shows how deceptive they are ,I got told buy Daniel the GM had wanted to make this right but has failed to call me and to resolve this matter , please More

I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership. The staff were unprofessional and seemed completely uninterested in actually helping me. I tried multiple times to get clear pricing and numbers over the phone, but I was flat-out told they couldn’t provide that information.
