A couple of weeks ago, we decided to buy another car. The last car we purchased from Carmax - it was a hassle free transaction. We narrowed our selection to a Toyota Highlander. And then took a test drive. We considered buying from Carmax again, but a relative told us about the AAA Charlotte Service, and raved about it - she used the service twice! So, after taking a test drive at a local dealership, and deciding what we wanted, I contacted Terrance Caldwell from AAA Charlotte, who helped me thru the buying process.
