This is THE way to buy a car This was my 2nd purchase using AAA and I can't envision how it could have been any more pleasant or satisfying. Nelson was delightful to work with. What I wanted was almost the 'holy grail' of cars and he found it....in one day! The price was thousands(!) less than what my local dealer was offering. Nelson went over every detail with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The whole process took a couple of 10 min. phone calls, a few emails confirming our conversations. I got a very fair price on my trade-in. This was almost as easy as buying a leaf blower from Home Depot! I give AAA Auto Buying and Nelson my strongest recommendation. More

A hidden gem I am always a bit uptight whenever it's time to a buy a car because the auto industry has made a bad name for itself. But AAA is a different story. I walked into a few OTHER dealerships and had the experience I expected...POOR. But that is not the case for AAA. I emailed AAA about interest in a Honda and Rachel was very detailed in her reply emails which stood out from others but I still didn't know anything about this "dealership". I decided to give AAA a try and I was greeted with a warm smile from Terrance. He explained what AAA was all about showed me the car selection, Rachel took it from there. She gave me phenomenal service from start to finish. Very accommodating, found the best rate for me and made my payments affordable. She even stayed until 6pm to get the deal done after her shift. Hats off to Rachel she was an ALL STAR. More
