In October 2012 my car needed extensive repairs because I had owned it for years and it would cost alot to fix it. I need a new or used car ASAP because my son-in-law had an accident at work of a fractured had owned it for years and it would cost alot to fix it. Sam Wright was the Sales Consultant that help me find a used Rav4, one I could afford, and I was able to purchase it the day I came in so I could rush to MA. Not only did Sam help make it possible but got several other people at 802 Toyota to make it happen. Several weeks later my tire pressure light came on and I happened to be in Montpelier and drove over to 802 Toyota to have it checked out. Sam Wrigt was there and came right over to me, took my keys and drove it into the service department, stayed with the car and brought it back to me fixed. I call that "Great Service".
