I came on a 2-day trip from Southern California to Las Vegas with my family when my car had an issue. We had to tow it to this dealership. They told us they only have one EV technician. The issue happened on our way back to California, and they said we’d need to stay in Vegas for three more days just to have it looked at. One employee in particular, named Wyatt, was very rude. Eventually, the manager stepped in and told them to fix the car. They ended up charging me $250, even though it was a Nissan issue and my car is under warranty. Honestly, they don’t seem to care about customers—especially people visiting from out of state like us. More
I.appeciate the effort,but I've had my car there twice for a lengthy time, both times didn't fix the problem.. I am aware that car is having a hard to diagnosis problem so I'm not that critical about the for a lengthy time, both times didn't fix the problem..
