I had scheduled an appointment and I had Jose meet me at the door. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in. We took a brief test drive and I decided to make a purchase. Jose was absolutely outstanding the door. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in. We took a brief test drive and I decided to make a purchase. Jose was absolutely outstanding, very knowledgeable. He also was showing an assistant, who was in training some valuable insight as to what to do and what not to do all while being very patient and professional. overall, I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with all of the associates I had to deal with during the transaction from sales to finance to delivery and drive away. Everything was perfect. I would like to extend a warm thank you to the entire staff. Also, I forgot I spoke with a couple of the managers who were also outstanding.
