The overall experience was good, but upon checking my financing the next day, i learned that the dealership put in a $2000 charge for KARR security, which I did not ask for, and was told in the beginning financing the next day, i learned that the dealership put in a $2000 charge for KARR security, which I did not ask for, and was told in the beginning that it would be $300...it's a known revenue generator for car dealerships, it's scam and a way to take advantage of customers. I made the error of sy I hadn't bought a car in 20 years, and I fel they took advantage of my naivety. It's shmeful way to do business...I would NEVR buy a car from 777 Nissan again, EVER! More

We first met Wyatt Decker and Robert Ferguson shortly after this new dealership opened. 777 Nissan is near our home, so we do not have to drive far for service or sales. Recently, our 2022 Nissan LEAF SV after this new dealership opened. 777 Nissan is near our home, so we do not have to drive far for service or sales. Recently, our 2022 Nissan LEAF SV experienced back up camera issues, so we scheduled a service appointment. While perusing 777 Nissan's website we saw a brand-new Nissan LEAF Plus that was available. Robert arranged a test drive. He patiently explained the car's many features and was terrific during and after the lease experience! We loved the car and promptly traded in our '22 LEAF and leased the new car. This was our first leased vehicle, and everyone was helpful and assisted us with the entire process. We typically purchase a new vehicle every 3 years so leasing made sense to us. The finance managers were great, explained the leasing process in easy-to-understand terms, and we happily departed with the new car. Isabel Galvan put the "cherry on the cake" yesterday May 21 by emailing the dealer report of sale to me that saved us a trip to the dreaded DMV to register the vehicle. 5 stars all around. More
