Every since I got my SUV from this place it's been 1 problem after another had a warranty & the warranty paid over $ 2,000 in repairs then after the warranty expired guess what another $ 2,000 + spent & problem after another had a warranty & the warranty paid over $ 2,000 in repairs then after the warranty expired guess what another $ 2,000 + spent & now the car is at a GMC dealership for more money spent if you are smart you will take your own mechanic to check the car out before you buy it from here never thought as a Disabled Veteran that financed this car through a military Credit Union would receive a car with so many problems & so much money spent & not 1 conversation with the owner about if he would even consider trying to alleviate some of the financial pain that this car has given me or possibly switching to something different More

WON'T DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! I bought my 2013 Ford F-150 USED W/ EXTENDED WARRANTY from there 1 year ago, it has been the biggest piece of junk since. it has been in the shop more I bought my 2013 Ford F-150 USED W/ EXTENDED WARRANTY from there 1 year ago, it has been the biggest piece of junk since. it has been in the shop more than the driveway. I took it to my usual mechanic when it first messed up but the warranty company didn't allow me to use him so i had to find another that they would approve of, i called this dealership and talked them and they suggested their own shop.. after MULTIPLE times in and out of their shop my truck is still not fixed.when i contacted them recently to let them know whats going on, i was fed nothing but excuses and lies. i was promised that my truck would be top priority and they would get it done... once again another lie. More
This is my 4th vehicle purchased from 4042 Motors. My first was a 2010 Ford Fusion that now has 280,000 miles. (And still running as good as day one) I have purchased 2 vehicles for my daughter and the l first was a 2010 Ford Fusion that now has 280,000 miles. (And still running as good as day one) I have purchased 2 vehicles for my daughter and the last vehicle we bought for her was a Ford Escape that has over 200,000 miles and is still running as good as day one. My most recent purchase, Ford Mustang GT, was a special request I gave to Brian....find me an awesome GT. A few days after giving Brian the requirements I had for this GT I get a call. I've found you a GT!!! The rest is history as I am now the proud owner of my new car. My Mercedes Gl 350 which I loved...broke down the 2 nd day My vehicle broke down the 2nd day after I purchased it...I had to call the dealership for one week straight before I got an answer the vehicle suspe My vehicle broke down the 2nd day after I purchased it...I had to call the dealership for one week straight before I got an answer the vehicle suspension had gone out and the cost was 3800... 4043 motors paid 800.00 for a down payment on a warranty which they errored to sell with the vehicle at the time of purchase...I still had to pay out of my pocket...then a week later the check engine light came on and a loud noise was coming from the engine...I have taken it to three different shops and they told me that the car never should have been sold...it's over 8000.00 worth of work to be done...I called 4042 again for a week trying to speak to Peyton...I finally spoke to Peyton and explained my lroblem I thought that we could just swap cars after he told me to look on their website to find another ..ok now they want 4000.00 down and put more inquiries on my credit and want me to change from marine federal to a finance company with high interest rates and a higher payment.... Peyton also told me that he was in the business to sell cars not fix them...so I am stuck with a lemon that's been in and out of the shop more times than I can drive it ..my next step is to put this company all over social media and I am calling the attorney general and better business bureau and consumer affairs...and don't worry about talking to the owner because Brian is not ever around More
