Liers, selling junk 2 almost 3 months ago I made a deal with this lot manager Payton to buy a 2008 f250 at the time I test drove this vehicle the check engine light came 2 almost 3 months ago I made a deal with this lot manager Payton to buy a 2008 f250 at the time I test drove this vehicle the check engine light came on, Payton and brain said will will fix it. Then then next morning he called and said truck was ready to be picked up. I went to get it and power steering was messing up. So they worked on it, got it back and the cluster light we're staying on after cut off, also the ball for the Hitch was stuck and I bought it to pull my camper so they burnt the bed working on it. Then my steering is off center and you can hardly keep it in the road. Well for 3 months Payton was saying I will get you another truck just give me time. Then we we're talking and I ask him when I was getting another truck he said I have one but you going to to have to carry over money on the new truck. So I am supposed to list money on something you have been working on the whole time I have had it. Found on the speed ometer is off by 10 mph. If you buy from this lot you will wish you hadn't. These are facts and I have the truck to prove it. 25,000 dollars coating thier pocket and a piece of junk in mine. More

Buyer Beware!! Bought a 2012 truck and within first week, it had to be towed once and in the shop again at a cost of $1600. Some of the repairs were things they said had already been done like fuel filters replace. Did not receive answers from text until I asked for copies of all the paperwork for an attorney to review. Still not resolved. Had a friend whose daughter also bought a car from there I have since found out that also had to have repairs done for over $800 in the first month. I realize it was bought" as is "but they blatantly lied about what had been done to the vehicle. I would definitely take the vehicle someplace and have it checked out by a real mechanic! More

Sold us car with t-top not latched, top broke, won't help We purchased two vehicles from 4042 Motors on April 22, 2017. One we took home the same day, the second, a 1981 Corvette, we left to have their mecha We purchased two vehicles from 4042 Motors on April 22, 2017. One we took home the same day, the second, a 1981 Corvette, we left to have their mechanic look at the air conditioning. We returned on April 29 to pick it up, and it suddenly had starting issues and kept turning off. Additionally when we got onto Hwy 42 and hit the speed limit after about 10 minutes, the passenger side t-top flew off and into the front of a Mack truck in the next lane, then going under the truck and getting run over. I immediately called 4042 who said someone would call me on Monday, and of course heard nothing. We filed a claim with our insurance company but they suspected it was a fraudulent claim because it was so soon after purchasing the vehicle. 4042 has done nothing to help. Regardless of the number of times we call, the person we need is unavailable. The owner is never there. A manager is never there. A set of t-tops runs about $1700 shipped, and you can't buy just one. This is a huge expense and something that we should not be responsible for. 4042 was completely negligent in not making sure that the top latched safely before selling the car. We never touched it. In fact, the day we picked it up, I asked one of the guys how it worked and he came over and fiddled with it, and said, "there's a latch you pull under here and it releases it, and you just take it off." I don't know if he left it loose, or couldn't get it off, but he was the last to touch it. The brakes are soft and squeaking on the car as well and are going to have to be looked at, another example of something that they probably put a bandaid on long enough to sell it. The other vehicle we purchased possibly needs a new transmission. We've already had to get an alignment on it and it needs new rear tires because there's a worn spot on one of them. These were not things that were disclosed to us or things we could readily tell from a five minute test drive. I don't recommend going to this place for anything. They should be ashamed of themselves. They certainly don't care about their customers. More
