My car needed an oil change, wiper and air filter change and it was done in the same day with a crew that was amazing. My car was picked up and dropped off to me which was fantastic. Vitor was outstanding - professional and knowledgeable even though the vehicle is not an Infiniti. I was very disappointed in only receiving 1 set of keys, however. The majority of staff at the dealership including the manager, Nick, and the man who walked us through how we would be financing our car were very engaged and helpful. I was not thrilled with our salesme manager, Nick, and the man who walked us through how we would be financing our car were very engaged and helpful. I was not thrilled with our salesmen, Vitor, he on the other hand was only focused on gaining a sale and afterwards was too inexperienced and unknowledgeable to help with the rest of the process.
