Bad credit approval a joke After several weeks of studying and research, I decided on the car I was interested in. So I went to 12k and under and was greeted (not very enthusias After several weeks of studying and research, I decided on the car I was interested in. So I went to 12k and under and was greeted (not very enthusiastic) Larry. I told him what I liked and he said it was already sold. I explained my credit isn't great so we went into the office to do some financing options once the financial guy came back from lunch. He advised me it may be awile and suggested I go have lunch and he would call me when the financial guy was back... That was over 24 hrs ago and..I'm still waiting! It would have been considerate to at least call to say they can't get bank financing and to discuss other options like they advertise. Everyone approved???? Yea, right.....they won't even talk to you! More

Swindled by 12k and under motors I purchased a used 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7L Flexfuel model from "12k and under motors" in Nicholasville, KY on 2/6/2016. The ad that drew I purchased a used 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7L Flexfuel model from "12k and under motors" in Nicholasville, KY on 2/6/2016. The ad that drew me in was placed in the Piston Magazine's 1/29/2016-2/5/2016 issue which listed the vehicle for $9,900. I traded in a 1991 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4.0L 4x4, and a 2006 Harley Davidson Sportster XL883L. I honestly was suffering from a manic episode due to bipolar disorder which is so severe that I live off of Social Security and VA service connected disability. I admit I wasn't paying attention to details, but I never thought that I would only receive $2,850 in trade in credit for both vehicles. As well as being charged $11,989 for the vehicle which is $3,089 more than the advertised price. Plus I was told the APR on the loan was 21 pct., but was actually 24.89 pct. on a 3 year loan which made my monthly payments $382. And if that wasn't enough damage I ended up hitting a HUGE pothole 10 days later on W. Brannon Rd. that was over 4 feet long, 3 feet wide, and nearly a foot deep. After getting two repair estimates from both Nicholasville and Lexington Jeep dealers I was informed that this vehicle required another $1,500 to $2,700 in repairs respectively. So needless to say NOT all the damage was caused by the pothole. Which means this vehicle had serious mechanical and electrical issues before I purchased it. So please, help me expose Murad Hassan, sales manager for 12k and under motors,and Larry the salesman; for the pathetic swindlers that they are. This experience has me now facing eviction from my apartment, and repossession of this vehicle from the bank. More
