Serious liars. I would recomend going somewhere else. The guy I talked to was a real smarta##. Lucky I didn't knock his teeth out.

Got my first car, was very good. Any problems I had were fixable, and they are negotioable. Still have my car now, works great. May come back if I need a new car

I'm sorry to say that tho they were able to finance me I ended up with a car that is completely ruined. After getting hot in my passenger side I found my head lights were together by zip ties, my back end is totaled and shocks struts etc are worthless. Sadly even after purchasing an extended warranty for 3000i can't contact them to have it repaired because it's pre existing! Now I have a500. A month car payment on a car I can't even drive, thanks Shannon and Tim for not keeping your word even when you verbally committed to fixing the issues! Be aware have your cars inspected

I paid cash for an SUV with only 90,000 miles on it. The engine blew up after 90 days. and now no one is available to take my calls. And that's only the latest chapter in the fiasco in the catastrophe that was doing business with this lot: - They were supposed to do some minor cosmetic repairs as a condition of the sale. It took almost two weeks to get it done. And when they finally did it, it still looked like crap. Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls. - I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction. Those are a couple examples of my experience with this dealership. I'd say save the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere else. But be careful, this guy runs multiple lots in the area.

All I will say is if you leave the place save a bad review they will call and ask you to take it down they will threaten you with criminal action several people have spoken up against this they also show up as Auto Plaza which closed on your credit report

I cannot even begin to tell you my frustration with them. We bought a van from them on July 2nd. At first they tried to almost double the pricing on the van they came down we have poor credit they were aware several days after we purchased the vehicle we got a call from Murad accusing us of not turning in paperwork that we were supposed to however we had already turn this paperwork in. After that the finance company they chose to work with called and harassed my grandfather who couldn't hear them. I was on a short-term leave from work it was paid the finance company said I lied to them on the application now 12K is turning to take the car back even though it's been almost 3 weeks now. I've done everything they've asked when they say they can Finance everyone that clearly seems to be incorrect now.
