Fingers crossed. I bought a " used car" from Steve. He is a close friend from a co worker . His staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I was in need of a car and he worked with me . Within 2 weeks I had a problem with the vehicle. He was a man of his word and took care of the problem . The reason I use quotes is your buying a used car and that's what it is. I did receive a car fax but even though there wasn't any problems you don't know if there will be one in the near future. I wasn't told about the extra warranty although it was included in my purchase but since it is used better be safe than sorry. I do recommend buying a car from him but you should bring it to a mechanic and spend a couple of bucks just for piece of mind . But anyone should when buying a " USED CAR ". He doesn't have a crystal ball so don't blame him if you don't inquire more information for your own peace of mind.. More

The issue is he lied to me, and had me drive to an apointment he confirmed with me, then to find out he sold the jeep a week previous, and instead of telling me he sold the jeep, he told me to come to our appointment, and everything was ready. Nasty Customer Service Well, I didn't get to the level of even looking at anything. I pulled into their lot and followed a sign that said parking in rear. I manuvered my van to get out. A very nasty old man came out and asked "what the xxxx are you doing"?, I said "Im trying to get out", he yells "why dont you make a u turn someplace else you explative", . I told him I was there to look at their two Jeeps, then he was nice. I then said but now I'm leaving so he preceded to curse me out so we had words. As I pulled out another guy comes out and asked what happend, I told him I was there to look at his Jeeps, he says "go look", but I said no because I dont like the attitude so now he tells me to go "explative myself", of course there are words and now another comes out attacking my manhood and wants me to get out for a fight. I have never experienced this so I wonder what happend before I rolled in to begin with. Of course I just left. I never even got out to look at anything but I think I'll wait a couple of years now. I don't want to purchase anything. Bad customer service, dirtbags and probably crooks too. Stay away!! More
