We bought a 2011 GMC Terrain from #1 Cochran. We requested Anna Johns as our salesperson since she had sold our daughter several Saturns in the past. This is our second vehicle from #1 Cochran. I have always bought General Motors vehicles and have dealt with smaller local dealers who are no longer in business. I was initally hesitant to deal with a dealership as large as Cochran but have been very pleasantly surprised. We have had a very positive experience with Cochran--both in purchasing vehicles and in service. We have no compaints. Everyone has been very friendly, courteous and helpful. We still have the first vehicle we bought from Cochran--a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette van. It has 154,000 miles on it and still runs fine. We have also been extremely pleased with the GMC Terrain. They had a car that just arrived which met the exact specifications I wanted and they were willing to hold it for me for two weeks (free of cost) while I figured out my out-of-state license and insurance stuff. They gave me a very competitive price for my 2012 Subaru Legacy compared to other dealers in the area and seem to have a great maintenance service plan. I had some worries about being taken advantage of since it was my first time buying, but I left the dealership feeling confident that I got a great deal and that I would be taken care of down the road. I don't have much car buying advice to give, but I would recommend stopping by and checking their inventory if you are in the process of looking for a Subaru. More
