Harry "Good News" was very helpful through the process. I stopped to "look into" purchasing a Subaru. He had me out for the most complete and through test drive I've experienced buying a car. I felt I had a good understanding of the differences and benefits the car provided me. Harry has a lot of knowledge to share on engine design and most importantly to me- how all the features would benefit me. I had certain things in mind that I wanted to get - trade in value, type of car, etc... Harry was able to work to meet most of those requests. He spent one night at the dealership till after 10pm trying to get the deal done and make sure I was able to secure the special finance rate. He went above and beyond any expereince I have had with other car salesman. Harry also took the time to introduce me to the service and parts center- Charlie and Ken- which both were very welcoming. Charlie personally came out to help with the pairing of my phone to the bluetooth connection. All associated with the purchase were very knowledgable and helpful. Overall- I was VERY happy with my expereince at Cochran. I have never purchased a car there before, but I can tell you I will always go there first in the future to see what they have available. You wont be let down with the team they have in place at Cochran. There is definately a reason why they are #1 More
