I had a great experience at #1 Cochran and I now know why they are number 1! My Subaru Legacy had the check engine light on and I lost heat and my eyesight light came on and no RAB. I made an appointment t they are number 1! My Subaru Legacy had the check engine light on and I lost heat and my eyesight light came on and no RAB. I made an appointment to bring it n and they said they could shuttle me back to my house til it was complete and even said they would pick me back up but I was able to get a ride to pick it up once it was done. I also had a recall which they took care of and the best thing was IT WAS ALL STILL COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY!!! I got the car back and everything is working perfectly! This is now my new Subaru service department. They will be the first place I call for service now! Customer service was great! Good communication and they made me feel at ease about my car! So thank you Cochran Subaru!!! More
