They made an effort to allow my car to receive express service near the end of the day. Earlier in the day I went to another Subaru Dealer who advertises "Express Service." I was told by the other deal service near the end of the day. Earlier in the day I went to another Subaru Dealer who advertises "Express Service." I was told by the other dealer the earliest they could do express service was in 6 days! I scrambled to see where else I could go since it was now about 3pm and I was at least an hour drive from other dealers. I called several dealers, but I either got transfered to a voice mail, or told I couldn't make it by the end of the day. I took a chance and drove to Cochran in Monroeville. The service adviser was very chill and called the technicians to plead for one more car to be serviced. I did not catch his name, he was a younger man with long hair. I did get a text from Nino Fischetti while my car was being serviced, that might be his name. Out of all of the Subaru service centers I dealt with this day, Cochran by far had the best customer service. More

The service was excellent, effective and within the expected time. Front desk personnel were courteous and knowable. We are from Ohio and my son got in an accident in his Subaru near the dealership. This happened on a weekend. He did not charge us for his time, he was so very kind knowing it was a difficult situation, and he offered helpful advice and information about the state of the car where he could. I was so very grateful to Carl for helping us during a challenging time. They clearly care more about people than just making money at this dealership. More
