It is always a pleasurable experience having my Subaru serviced at #1 Cochran. This shop does good work, but this time, I took my Subaru in for a recall inspection/remedy and oil change/tire rotation that I thought I had the coupon for, but I could only find one for just the low cost o in for a recall inspection/remedy and oil change/tire rotation that I thought I had the coupon for, but I could only find one for just the low cost oil change ($20). (the person who set up the appointment acknowledged the rotation/oil change special for $40). I asked what the total would be for rotation and oil change before work started and was told it was $42 total. After the work was completed , I had an $88 bill to pay. Apparently $42 was only for the rotation and remount and balance - that re-balance I really didn't need. The rep also stated that I have a ripped axle boot ($25 part) that would cost $265 to repair, or would be just $100 co pay with my warranty, but the warranty hot line was not open until the work was competed for this visit to verify they would cover it. The shop refused to call the warranty co to check and told me to call. I called the warranty co when I got home and they told me the shop has to call and give them a quote for the repair. I called the dealer back and asked if they could do this, they said they would call back to schedule (3 days ago), looks like I'll just take this job somewhere else. More
I have to say that I had a terrific experience with this dealership. Anna, my sales person, had the right car for me and showed my every feature the car had to offer me. When you go for service from a big company you always worry that you are just a number to the dealership. Throughout my 20 years buying cars at #1 Cochran that has NEVER been the case. Professional and caring. When I told him that my service day was the first day I was leaving my puppy after a major operation he made sure to have my car completed quickly yet thoroughly. Charlie always asks about the family. Both Charlie and Ken Nutter make you feel like they cares about you. In a world of uncaring, and unfeeling towards each other, it is a welcome change that Charlie goes above and beyond. He puts you at ease and honestly answers all car questions. More
I think #1 Cochran Subaru of Monroeville is an excellent dealership to buy a vehicle from. My Sales Consultant was Chris Gordish. He helped me with trying to figure out a better payment for my budget. Then after I decided to purchase my vehicle, I met with Josh Krach who is the Finance Manager. He went over all the costs and paperwork in detail. I am giving all 3 of these guys a 5 star rating. All of them treated me very well. They were all very friendly and most of all, patient with me! If at some point I come across anyone who is thinking about buying a new or used vehicle, I will definitely recommend all 3 of these guys at #1 Cochran of Monroeville. More
I had high expectations for this dealership from all of the reviews I had been reading. I was disappointed when I wasn't shown Vehicles that matched the criteria I was looking for. Although, the staff was the reviews I had been reading. I was disappointed when I wasn't shown Vehicles that matched the criteria I was looking for. Although, the staff was nice enough... I felt more like a number and that my business wasn't as appreciated as it should have been. When I made eye contact with other staff members that weren't working with me, they put their head down and just ignored me. It was awkward. The company offered my 500 below sticker price and wouldn't budge farther than that. This may be a good dealership to work with, but it wasn't for me. I would rather buy from a dealership that appreciates the business. More

I was in the market for a new car that would be as reliable and attractive as my chili pepper red 2004 Saturn Vue. My husband and I visited the Subaru showroom and met Anna Johns. We asked a ton of q reliable and attractive as my chili pepper red 2004 Saturn Vue. My husband and I visited the Subaru showroom and met Anna Johns. We asked a ton of questions which she skillfully and patiently answered. I thought about the car for a few days and made up my mind that the 2014 Forester would be right for me. I went in for a test drive, talked more with Anna, and ended up ordering a car. My new Forester arrived yesterday and I took possession of it today. Anna's relaxed attitude and throughness was really appreciated. I would absolutely refer this dealership and Anna Johns to everyone interested in Subaru's. More
Darla Hill was GREAT!!! She totally went above and beyond to help me out. I explained that I needed the shuttle to have me at work because I punch in.
