Ed Johnson was very professional and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and he was very knowledgeable with answers to our questions. When we noticed a few tiny marks on the car he immediately found out that it was a little wax and had someone come over and clean it off. Ed would not let us leave until we were 100% satisfied. I had zero intention of getting rid of my car any time in the near future... until the day I noticed my dream car sitting on Cochran's lot. On a Sunday evening when the dealership was closed I stopped by to the near future... until the day I noticed my dream car sitting on Cochran's lot. On a Sunday evening when the dealership was closed I stopped by to check out the used Subaru Impreza STi, and I was shocked to see such a great price on the low mileage certified used vehicle. Within a day or two I stopped in when they were open to discuss the deal, and I'm happy to say that I was assigned to Rich Earl. I am a female, and because of that, shops and dealers have assumed that I'm clueless when it comes to cars many times in my life. I half expected similar treatment when I walked in the door looking to talk about purchasing a high performance vehicle. However, Rich Earl was respectful, friendly, and helpful every step of the way - it was truly a pleasure working with him. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. Cochran offered me a very fair price on my trade-in, they quickly fixed a bit of damage on the bumper that I had pointed out, and they gave me an amazing price on the STi. After we sealed the deal, Rich called me several times to follow up on the car, and when I stopped in a month later he came over to me and treated me like an old friend.
