Ron is so awesome! We are loyal Subaru car owners and we just purchased our third Subaru from this dealership. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They give you space to buy your car but the just purchased our third Subaru from this dealership. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They give you space to buy your car but they are readily available when you want to make a decision. Ron is also very patient and he has a great sense of humor. He did nothing but laugh when my husband accidentally set off the car alarm inside the showroom. The new showroom has plenty of parking spaces and it is much easier to get in and out of the place now. Ron is a great sales guy so he is often busy. Call ahead and make an appointment to see him so that you do not miss working with him. BTW the finance guy is awesome too. He is a family man and he is always there to make the financing work for you...no games. Buy your car here, you will not regret it. More

We came to #1 Cochran Subaru to look at and test drive a legacy not really intending on buying that day. I originally was unsure whether to buy or lease the vehicle but Ed went through the pros and cons of both options with me and helped me to decide to buy the car. He was very helpful answering all of my questions and patient with me while i tried to decide what color i wanted. Ed Johnson was very professional and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and he was very knowledgeable with answers to our questions. He listened to our concerns. questions and comments. He took the time to show us how to use different controls of the car. Explained new features and demonstrated them. When we noticed a few tiny marks on the car he immediately found out that it was a little wax and had someone come over and clean it off. Ed would not let us leave until we were 100% satisfied. The dealership was very clean and organized. There was always someone asking if we needed help. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to by a Subaru.
