I found Sweeney online and even though it was a 45 minute drive, it was well worth it. We love our 2008 Envoy. Steve Cooper, was an excellent salesman and answered all our questions and addressed our conce drive, it was well worth it. We love our 2008 Envoy. The service I received on the Buick side was wonderful. However, several weeks prior I had gone to the Quick Lube on the Chevy side. I had received a coupon in the mail that said I had 4 free oil changes. However, several weeks prior I had gone to the Quick Lube on the Chevy side. I had received a coupon in the mail that said I had 4 free oil changes. I presented it to the individual at the Quick Lube who very nastly proceeded to fight with me that this coupon didn't exist, and according to his computer, I didn't have anything. He refused to look at it, ask someone else, just pretty much told me I was lying. When I asked him how long it would be until they could take me in for the oil change, (There was no one being serviced)and he told me it would be 1 1/2 hours or so, because everyone was too busy. I called the Buick side at a later date, talked to the service manager there, scheduled my appointment, took my car in to them, and low and behold, my coupon was good. Thanks for listening. I am rating my service answers on how I was treated on the Buick side. More

I absolutely LOVE my Cruze!!! After having it for 2 months, I still look forward to driving it every day. It was great working with Bob Sinkovich. Buying the car was fine. First couple of visits to the service department for oil changes were okay. Then we had a problem with a tire and we feel we got ripped off. We feel the tire could have been fixed service department for oil changes were okay. Then we had a problem with a tire and we feel we got ripped off. We feel the tire could have been fixed/at least patched instead of costing $160.00 for one tire. Now we have another problem, the trunk lining is falling down/apart and am just concerned about having to call there to get an appointment and how long will this take and is it covered? More

Before I went to Sweeney Chevy to look at cars, I went to Donnell Ford. Donnell tried to sell me a money pit that wasn't even worth $1,000 for $4,000 flat - no negotiation. Naturally, I walked away and heade Donnell Ford. Donnell tried to sell me a money pit that wasn't even worth $1,000 for $4,000 flat - no negotiation. Naturally, I walked away and headed across the street to see what Sweeney had to offer. I spoke with Greg right away and told him what I had available to spend. He let me know about a 2001 Impala he would be receiving the next day. I came in, took the car for a testdrive - ran great. The exhaust needed replaced, so Greg was able to get me a deal that would leave me with money left over to fix the exhaust. The car runs great and I have had no issues with it. Sweeney also sent me a gift card a week later for a free oil change and tire rotation. Great service. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. More
