Ray Ludt is the salesman that assisted me with my purchase. I test drove three vehicles, a new Buick Regal and two different Malibu's before making my decision. He patiently answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He is definitely an asset to the Sweeney Team. Mike Moore explained throughly and clearly each document involved with the transaction. Mike also was very courteous and professional while making me feel very comfortable. Bob Parker assisted with showing all the features of my new Malibu. He is very good in his position, again also being helpful and courteous. All three gentlemen are excellent representatives for the Sweeney team. More
I found Sweeney online and even though it was a 45 minute drive, it was well worth it. We love our 2008 Envoy. Steve Cooper, was an excellent salesman and answered all our questions and addressed our conce drive, it was well worth it. We love our 2008 Envoy. The service I received on the Buick side was wonderful. However, several weeks prior I had gone to the Quick Lube on the Chevy side. I had received a coupon in the mail that said I had 4 free oil changes. However, several weeks prior I had gone to the Quick Lube on the Chevy side. I had received a coupon in the mail that said I had 4 free oil changes. I presented it to the individual at the Quick Lube who very nastly proceeded to fight with me that this coupon didn't exist, and according to his computer, I didn't have anything. He refused to look at it, ask someone else, just pretty much told me I was lying. When I asked him how long it would be until they could take me in for the oil change, (There was no one being serviced)and he told me it would be 1 1/2 hours or so, because everyone was too busy. I called the Buick side at a later date, talked to the service manager there, scheduled my appointment, took my car in to them, and low and behold, my coupon was good. Thanks for listening. I am rating my service answers on how I was treated on the Buick side. More
I absolutely LOVE my Cruze!!! After having it for 2 months, I still look forward to driving it every day. It was great working with Bob Sinkovich. Buying the car was fine. First couple of visits to the service department for oil changes were okay. Then we had a problem with a tire and we feel we got ripped off. We feel the tire could have been fixed service department for oil changes were okay. Then we had a problem with a tire and we feel we got ripped off. We feel the tire could have been fixed/at least patched instead of costing $160.00 for one tire. Now we have another problem, the trunk lining is falling down/apart and am just concerned about having to call there to get an appointment and how long will this take and is it covered? More
