Mr. & Mrs. Bliss, We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your visit and we greatly appreciate the feedback. The van that you purchased (2005 Dodge Caravan) was an “AS-IS” purchase, which was clearly indicated on the Federal Trade Commission sticker on the windshield, indicating that there was no warranty and that you assumed all responsibility for anything that could potentially be wrong. The van was checked and passed our 27-pont vehicle inspection, or it never would have been placed on our lot for sale. After you had your initial problems with the van, as an offer of good faith we still put over $300 worth of service into it for you. Our used car manager still couldn’t replicate any of the problems that you listed in this review when he drove the vehicle with you on Friday. We are happy that you were satisfied with our service when you left on Friday. If you have any other issues with the van, please feel free to contact us at 330-726-2287.

You DID NOT put over 300.00 into it by just charging the A/C unit and looking at the Brakes. NO WAY it cost 300.00 for that,(ANOTHER LIE?) further more we where told this was going to be taking care of before we purchased it so there goes your good faith idea, because we would never bought it if it was not taking care of, so in good faith we purchased it thinking Sweeney would stand behind their word...(WORNG)... If it passed the 27 point check then the service department FAILED the test, A/C did not work and the ABS light came on, & still does. NO I was not happy when I left that Friday, I don't know where you got that idea at.. just looks good in the review for you to put in here and by the way I am Still not Happy. For it as the ABS light still on... Still no nothing said as to why Sweeney's uses low quality product on their Vehicles.... I was told Sweeney Put the Brakes on it as part of the 27 point pre sale inspection, Than I am told that the brakes are "CHEAP" Brakes thus the reason the squeak. I am not done I will continue to post about the Horrible Service and Lies being said and done by Sweeney's... Facebook is next

PS: This Van Also WAS NOT "AS IS" as you stated. It did have a warranty per the window sticker on the van when we purchased it. We have a copy of the warranty in our possession.
