I was told that my car was on the rack. If so why 2 hours. Sam's Club can install tires in 20 min if it is already on the rack. Your representative at the service desk aaron was very polite. This delay wasn't his fault. I felt sorry that he had to hear the complaints for poor scheduling and shop floor time management. More
