I wouldn’t recommend #1 Cochran Cadillac of Monroeville to anyone! In JULY 2025 my left side instrument cluster on my dash “blew” on my 2023 Escalade ESV…. So we call to schedule an appointment to get things fixed. Can’t get an appointment till August 205. Go in August- they have to order the part because it’s on backordwr. August passes. September passes. October passes. Several phone calls were made with only about half answered and returned. Finally talk to someone beginning of November, they claim it’s still back ordered. Finally in mid November after feeling like something isn’t right, we get Cadillac involved. They even had trouble contacting this dealer and someone retuning their call! I understand things could have been on back order but a follow up phone call would have been the right and easy thing to do ….:… December 16 I call and voice my displeasure and disappointment for the first time I had been very understanding all along however almost 6 months has passed - Patience ran out The service advisor gets nasty and tells me he can’t do anything without the part. Then he told me it sounds like I need out of my loan which I don’t have a loan I paid cash. So I say Ok please transfer me to someone else bc this is going on way too long with no solution and I don’t need to be subjected to your bad attitude!!! Manager gets on the line and I calmly explain what’s been happening th last six months. He at least says let me go talk to parts see what’s going on! He Gets back on the phone - “oh the parts been here since the beginning of December we dropped the ball calling you” 🚩 my husband asks for part number of what they ordered. At first he claimed there wasn’t a number. Which wveey part in a car has a number. Well he took a very long time to find it ….. so I say Ok I’ll be there next day December 17th at 10 am for you to fix it. He says ok Next day… I get there. He brings a part out that I clearly can tell isn’t the correct piece that was broken. He says Unfortunately they ordered “the wrong part” ….. SIX MONTHS FOR THE WRONG PART UNREAL & UNACCEPTABLE. He then says Good news tho he can get the part here in three days 😂😂 Someone is lying here! I think they never ordered the part bc they didnt want to do the work!!!!!! When I talked to them December 16th I think that’s the first time the part was ordered. They brought out a random piece of the dashboard for show and didn’t even have it ordered. 🤷🏻♀️ super disappointed in this “luxury dealer” - our hands were tied bc of warranty we had to use a Cadillac dealer. That being said- I don’t want them to bend over and kiss my butt but some accountability would be nice!!!!!!!! Someone’s ego was too big to even go check with parts let alone make sure the correct part was ordered. Unreal. Unacceptable. Their solution was to have someone come bring me a loaner car on December 22nd and take my car to be fixed. This wasn’t a favor this is NORMAL customer service that should I be provided when a $130,000 needs serviced for something the owner had no control over. They weren’t doing me a favor as he made it seem. Moral of the story don’t go there unless you want lied to. When making a humongous vehicle purchase take your money else where!!!!

Cochran is #1 because all of their services from sales to service desk. The are wonderful to work with. In the past 40yrs we bought all hut 3 of our cars from Cochran and will continue to do so.
Cochran has always been my service location of choice. I’m always satisfied with the quality of service. It’s convenient to get to. Thorough and friendly customer service.
