I have been buying cars, both new and used for the past 50 years. I have visited multiple dealerships in several states. Of all the dealerships and sales personnel that I have interacted with, Cochran, b 50 years. I have visited multiple dealerships in several states. Of all the dealerships and sales personnel that I have interacted with, Cochran, but more specially Greg was the best. I showed up for my appointment at 9 am and he was right there to meet me. He spent the next 4-5 hours educating me on the Lyriq, its options and capabilities and which models would be best for me. He also discussed pricing (both lease and purchase) of my model options. I had test driven a Lyriq the day before so I didn't need to test drive it again, but we looked at all the ones on the lot. I actually had not planned on purchasing a car from Cochran, I came in because they offered me a $75 amazon gift card for coming in. I had an appointment that afternoon to go back to the previous dealership to purchase the car I had test driven the day before. After spending the whole morning with Greg, I told him that I needed to leave for the other dealer. I never made it out of the parking lot, I turned around and told Greg that I wanted to purchase one of their Lyriq's on their lot (a 2024 Red Lyriq Sport 2). We then spent the next several hours negotiating the price, accessories, etc. I never felt pressured and they gave me a fair trade-in on the car I drove in with and a great price on the Lyriq. At the end of the day, I drove away with a beautiful Red Lyriq Sport 2 which I really enjoy and believe of all the similar options out there I picked the best one for the best price. Originally, I had planned on buying a Luxury 2. Even after the sale Greg has kept in touch with me answering any questions I have about the car and the purchase. Again, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I will highly recommend Cochran and Greg to anyone who is looking for a car, and if they are looking at Lyriq's and other similar cars, I will recommend them buying the Lyriq, I do believe it is the best car compared to other competing models. I was able to negotiate a fair price for. a new vehicle I found on the Internet. When I went there to purchase the vehicle there was a couple of small issues I had with it and they took care o a new vehicle I found on the Internet. Took 4. 5 hours for simple annual inspection and new tires. If I had it to do over I would have declined to purchase tires there. Added over two hours to the 5 hours for simple annual inspection and new tires. If I had it to do over I would have declined to purchase tires there. Added over two hours to the process. I was told that my car was on the rack. If so why 2 hours. Sam's Club can install tires in 20 min if it is already on the rack. Your representative at the service desk aaron was very polite. This delay wasn't his fault. I felt sorry that he had to hear the complaints for poor scheduling and shop floor time management. More
