,We travel by automobile extensively (120k+ per year, for the past 12 years). The MAG Auto Group in Dublin, Ohio has been better than any service experience we have ever received! We are particular, an the past 12 years). The MAG Auto Group in Dublin, Ohio has been better than any service experience we have ever received! We are particular, and we like our vehicles well cared for and try hard to avoid any surprises by keeping our mechanical and auto options generally as good as we can find. Our experience at MAG was outstanding. We were traveling from Florida to Michigan, and spent the night with family in Dublin Ohio. Our front brakes went out (severe grinding noise, orange light). When we called for service we were patched right in to the Lead Service technician (Stan), he took our information and out situation... we were on the way to see a new grandchild in Michigan and due there that afternoon. He set things up for us to have service at 9 AM; new front brakes and rear brake inspections were completed and road tested by 11:15 PM. Received updates and contacts from service tech (Ryan) as things progressed (twice as problem was identified for authorization to proceed; and once when work was nearly complete so we could pick the vehicle up). Had no reason to expect the level of service, the prompt accommodation to take care of the problem, and follow-up. This shop is an example that other auto service centers should pay attention to. Would travel back to Dublin, just for service at this site. More

Uncommunicative / Dismissive / Won't call you back!!! I've had two issues with this dealership that are completely unacceptable. One would think purchasing a $45,000+ "Prestige vehicle" (as the salesman r I've had two issues with this dealership that are completely unacceptable. One would think purchasing a $45,000+ "Prestige vehicle" (as the salesman repeatedly referred to the AUDI brand) would merit a semblance of duty to a customer. Background: I live 3 hours away, in another state. I previously had 2 BMW convertibles and used MAG BMW as the service provider. BMW was ALWAYS professional, thorough, kept in touch with me, updated me, and treated me with respect and concern. So, when I switched to AUDI (specifically for an AWD convertible), I expected the same level of professional service, within the MAG family. WRONG!! Issue 1. I had scheduled the replacement of a burned out headlight. About a week later, while I was washing my car, I came across a two-inch bolt lying under the car. I searched the internet and found that it was a bolt that held the front assembly of the car together. This had to be removed to get to the headlamp. I scheduled another visit, brought the bolt with me, to have them inspect/replace the bolt. It is very nerve wracking to drive around knowing that the front of the car is missing parts required to hold it together. I arrived at my scheduled time. Upon researching the issue, the service technician told me that he reviewed the mechanic's notes and the mechanic had indicated that he had dropped a bolt, was unable to locate it, and replaced it with another one. This would have been good information for me to have at the time of the original service, as I could actively have looked for the bolt, and not be filled with fear that the front of the car was missing necessary items. I mean, if the bolt had served no purpose....then why is it there? For this followup visit, I took a day off of work, and drove 6 hours round trip. Issue 2. While in Columbus visiting my sister on a Sunday, my battery died. I took it to Advance Auto to verify that it was a battery issue, and not something else electrical. Confirmation= Dead Battery. Since dealership was closed on Sunday, I called 1st thing Monday morning and told them I would drop the vehicle off when my sister came home from work. I dropped the car off on Monday afternoon a little after 4:00. [Requiring me to miss Monday's work day.] Tuesday morning, I received a call from the dealership stating the battery was dead, asking for approval to replace it, which I gave. I was told I would receive a call from the dealership when the work was complete. I had not heard anything all day, so I called before the shop closed and was told "we're still working on it. We'll call you tomorrow and let you know when it's ready." Wednesday. Another missed day of work. (Good bye vacation days.) I called first thing in the morning, and was told "we stayed late last night to continue working on it." It should be completed shortly and we will call you." I received no phone call. After about three hours, I called back and was told, "It is done. You can come pick it up." I restated that I was without a vehicle, and hence my having to wait for my sister to come home to drop it off in the first place. I asked if a driver could pick me up. (This was never an issue with BMW, as they always gave me a courtesy vehicle until the work was completed.) The representative said "let me check," and told me they would have a driver in a bit." I asked that they call me before the sent the driver, so I could be sure to be ready when they arrived. I received no phone call. I was standing at the sink washing some dishes, and saw an AUDI drive by my door. My phone rang, and before I could pick it up, the caller (driver of the vehicle) hung up. I rushed out the door and said "I'm here...give me a couple of minutes and I'll be right out." I dried my hands, emptied the sink water, put on my shoes, and hopped in the car. The driver barely spoke 3 words to me and I had to initiate all of the conversation. Upon picking up the car, the representative was cold and aloof and acted like he was doing me a favor. He handed me the bill, restated that they had stayed late to work on the car, and told me he would email me the diagnostic report check on the car. I paid the bill. He did not even say thank you. Fast forward to 2 months later....and still no email. I cannot begin to express my extreme disappointment with this dealership. After reading other reviews, it seems to be a common problem with this location. Positive reviews were for purchasing a car there.....Let's see what they say when they take the car in for service. Oh, I almost forgot this..... When I first arrived to drop off the car, the initial representative retrieved my information and began the intake process. He then told the representative beside him, that he had to make a phone call and handed me off to the other guy! And I started the process again. More
