What a great experience! I was at MAG recently to test drive a few VW cars and I had a great experience with Candice. She was very enthusiastic and SO helpful in helping me narrow down my choices! I went in wanting an SUV but after letting me test drive 5(!) cars, I ended up falling in the love with the Passat! I loved the Atlas but it was too high in price and the Passat had all the bells and whistles that I wanted as well as the right price! Thanks again! More

We started looking early in the year (back in February when it was bitter cold and we didn't know what we wanted). Todd was extremely patient with us and explained our options. No pressure - he just wanted us to find what we wanted. Once we compared all of the vehicles (Mazda's, GMC's, Kia's, etc) and decided on the Atlas, he was very helpful in locating the exact car we wanted within our time frame (and budget). A pleasure to work with! More

Dan Gade assisted us and from the start was upfront and didn't waste our time. He came back with a better offer and explained how things came together. Very easy to deal with and professional. We never felt pushed, forced or anything like that. Great experience. I only wish I had dealt with them sooner! Highly recommend them and Dan. More
Dishonest During selecting car, I told(sales manager of Land Rover) I wanted to see new green range rover Evoque , and I could see right away he was not interes During selecting car, I told(sales manager of Land Rover) I wanted to see new green range rover Evoque , and I could see right away he was not interested to let me test drive that car. Instead, he told me to walk around the lot and see if there was any car there I liked. I did so, and when I came back to the green Range Rover Evoque again to ask him details about that car parked in car lot parking, rather than providing any info about it, he tried me to steer me into considering buying a silver Range Rover evoque park inside show room by convincing me that Silver car has same features as Green Eveoque. And better price as one of feature he mentioned was Built-in GPS system. He said that don't worry this silver Range Rover has all accessories including GPS. As time was approaching evening and closing showroom, Sale manager said to me to fill all necessary documentation and procedures as it’s our closing time and tomorrow is Sunday Off day, so you can drive all with Test drive together. I trusted him and take time to fill all documentation. I negotiated for a final price of $40,000. Sale manager added $1000.00 company rebate on that car into final price without our knowledge and instead of giving $1000 more discount and a final reduction price of $39,000. When we get into car, it took 15 to 20 minutes to understand new car system and then I came to know that there was no navigation system in it. I got fool. We went back to dealership but showroom was closed. I called on contact numbers but no one answered and then I drove that car to Nashville. During next week days I had tried to called again and again to tried to connect and talked to Sale manager that the car you sell me has no navigation system in it. He said he needs to confirm it through that model technical data. After many days of attempts, and calls, sale manager replied to me and offered me portable navigation system. This costs $50 to $100. Request him would like to return my car and offered paid difference with green evoque manger refused to do that After all that, I contacted Land Rover Headquarter USA, and talked to Kathleen Viccaro CRC Operation Supervisor who filed complaint as CASE and gave me all the details of Silver Range Rover car and information regarding $1000 discount on this model which company offers on purchase. Kathleen Viccaro also gave information that this car has already been SOLD in March 2016 and Warranty also started in March 2016. She also told me that this car was Loaner car. After all this information confirmed from Land Rover Company Headquarter and talked to several concerned personnel of Land Rover Company 26th July, 2016 with K v, 2nd August with Jen with case manager, 2nd August to Land Rover Headquarter Sale manager Shan, 10th August talked to gm was very rude and disrespectful hangs up phone on my face use f word. I conclude that I have been treated unfair, Sale person who showed me two vehicles one was evoque as manger mentioned now as $52000 in show room was told price $53000 and land rover headquarter person said difference was $8000 there price statements are different and not matching specially warranty offer in show room same day in headquarter papers warranty show start in march Manger didn’t give me a chance to sit in car keep me rushing to sign all papers show room surveillance system and my two friends will prove manger didn’t let me even open car door to check from inside My knowledge there was no price tag on car window or windshield usually dealer place price tag on car window Millage on paper 54 actual millage on meter was 84 Call showroom for mailing address for civil warrant papers given me wrong address so secretary of state was unable to deliver papers had to file again with correct address with additional fee try to solve thru better business Buru off Dublin Ohio explain to them everything better business Buru having tough time to get answer from dealership finally they said contact with lawyer . mugal More

When I inquired about the car, Mark Naquin promptly answered my questions and sent a variety of pictures so that I could get a good look at the car. This was extremely important since I am in a different state than MAG. Throughout the buying process I worked with Mark Naquin and Megan Bruzzese who were both very professional and created a positive experience for me. And the promise of a loaner no matter what was discharged after the pick up of the vehicle after purchased. Brand New Range Rover with only 1800 miles on it would not hold a charge, had it towed in, and NO LOANER AVAILABLE. Not what they promised! More
