But, that simply wasn't enough. So, in addition to our new and used car inventories renowned across the state of Virginia, we decided to add a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM service center commanded by a team of experts hand-picked for their knowledge, passion and promise to treat every car as if it was their own... and because we know there are still people set on doing it themselves: we added a genuine Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM parts shop.

What a great crew, Leo, Johnny, Anwar, and especially Felipe. So accommodating, patient and trustworthy. We actually had fun buying the car there. I must say, that even the folks around the floor that we were not directly dealing with, were cheerful and greeted with smiles. You really cannot go wrong with that team. They became friends. Finally, we walked in August 29 not totally ready but just looking around for a new vehicle to replace our 2011, we could not leave :>). Great experience Rima D More

Really bad customer service. Dealer and other guys from sales department weren’t helpful and didn’t give me even key chain for new car. This dealership consists of complete charlatans who will lie right to your face. They sell lemons. I bought a used Jeep from them with only 35k miles and the battery compartment flooded over the course of 3 lie right to your face. They sell lemons. I bought a used Jeep from them with only 35k miles and the battery compartment flooded over the course of 3 months whenever it rained outside due to an incorrectly sealed sunroof. Warranty they sold me didn't cover it, was stuck with an immense bill and couldn't declare it a total loss because it was repairable. My friend had an even worse story with them, but he will do his own review. The sales people are horrible! Never buy anything from them! They should be out of business! If I could give less than one star, I would. Stay away! More
