This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience! More

Let me start out by saying the only redeeming thing about my experience was Ashely the sales lady.She really appeared to do the right things , management , nope.You screwed up bad ! So they had a truck that checked all the boxes for me . Price was $15000 higher than I was going to spend , but hey it was a really good deal ! We had a deal numbers run ready to go ,cash sale,all we need to,do,was the wire transfer . Then they tried to what to me appears a bait and switch . They came in claimed they had a deal on that vehicle already .Ok so they didn’t take it out of inventory, so now someone is going to be mad me or them if your story is to be believed , you just screwed up royally . It would be a good idea to fix this , right ? Now you try to start upselling me $10 -15 k on more expensive trucks that are not nearly the deal compared to the one I had .Then you have the gaul to , suggesting I finance the difference!Now i know banks kick back money to dealers so,now you want to put me in to debt ,maybe you are trying to help but I would bet you were trying to profit on me going into to debt ,thanks but no thanks. Here’s a little secret for you , I could have afforded to.pay $15k more in cash if you gave me something better then what we had lined up to begin with. You didn’t even come close ! The sales manager had promised to cut me a good deal. So much for promises, nothing but platitudes,you came $500 off sticker on a $15k up sale like you were trying to do me a favor ! Mr. McCluskey, you could have made a quick $43000+ cash on the original deal that only need a wire transfer. Instead you lost the money , the trust of a 3x repeat customer . I was raised to understand when you screw up like you did. You make it right even if it hurts a lithle you do the right thing ! You don’t do what you did make me wait for hours while you try to screw me and expect my business now or ever again . More

I was told that I would have a guarantee approval for a vehicle.but I found out real quick all I got was a big disappointment and bunch of Inquiries on my credit.it said on the website we will give you a 1 vehicle.but I found out real quick all I got was a big disappointment and bunch of Inquiries on my credit.it said on the website we will give you a 1000 if we. Abt get you approved well guess what that's a lie because they couldnt get me approved for anything they came back to me and said they need 7000 down.and if I cant do that they need more than a 1000 down to get me approved they lied me and my family was in a car crash on the 6th of September that almost took our lives our car was totaled now we have no vehicle my son has seizures I'm having a hard time finding rides to get him back and fourth to his doc appointments.i have 2 sons 2 daughters and a wife.at first this place gave me hope and then they just crushed me I'm already broken and we are struggling it's tough when you have no transportation.and can barely get back and fourth to grocery stores doc appointments work ect.this place could have just said he we can't help you but no they gave us false hope and we are already going through enough 💔 this just made our pain and suffering that much worst I wish I never would have found this place just to get my hopes up and be crushed afterwards More

I have never witnessed worse handling of service issues than I have at this dealership. Buying a car is just one part of the process - where you actually need to have a good experience is the lifetime of s than I have at this dealership. Do not buy a car from McCluskey expecting to have that smooth experience. My girlfriend has a ‘22 Chevy Trax that has inexplicably spent almost more time at this dealership than it has in our possession. Most recently, among myriad other issues, the transmission failed in a parking lot, preventing us from being able to shift into drive, reverse, or park. Upon having it towed to the dealer, they refused to give a loaner or accurately inform us of Chevrolet’s rental policy (don’t let them fool you, call Chevy corporate - they will offer you a daily stipend for a rental and inform you of the policy). This is the 5th time the car has been in for service this year, with the first 4 times being due to the service department’s incompetence. Furthermore, they sent us a video from the service tech that completely ignored the actual problem, insisting we buy a $300 battery to simply be able to diagnose the issue. Operating with the lack of care, humanity, and understanding this service department shows is honestly commendable. I simply don’t think I could run a business this way if I tried. Do not expect to be listened to, do not expect to be treated as an equal, and most certainly do not expect to be treated with integrity. You will be nickled and dimed every step of the way. Go somewhere else. More
