Bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from Holmans in December 2020. The salesman offered an extended warranty that he said was "bumper to bumper". In May 2024 I started getting a noise from what I thought was a hole in the exhaust so I took it to my local Dodge dealership. Found out that a bolt had snapped off inside the exhaust manifold (truck only has 28,500 miles on it!). I wasn't worried because I had purchase the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty. I told them to order the parts and gave them the warranty number and the phone number to call for claims. Only to find out that Holman's lied about the warranty and this repair is not covered. It's going to cost me $2000 to get this fixed, plus the $2400 that I paid for a worthless piece of paper. More

Long story short… had no problems with sales, service is another story. Problems after problems with lazy work. Bolts not tightened. Completely wrong bolts installed and impacted into a manifold. They misdiagnosed a problem then want more money after they cause a problem to fix it under warranty. My truck went in twice for their mess up. Third time I fixed it my self. Not worth dealing with them. Same with a camper they had for 5 months after I bought it. Took it back for them to do simple warranty work. Had to call them and tell them it had to be done in two days when I was coming to get it because they kept telling my wife it would be done the next day. Goto get it and most of the stuff wasn’t touched. They said they didn’t know about it until I showed them the paper work where they typed it up. I made them give me the parts to replace so I could actually go camping last year. Don’t care for service departments and this place is a big reason why. More
Go in for a trade. No one approached me. I had to find a salesman. Then Once they appraised by trade in and gave me what I'd be paying for a new vehicle the price was $5,000 over the sticker price on the ca salesman. They stated it's a "sellers" market And all vehicles are over priced and everyone is paying the extra money. I said well I'm not paying extra its listed for $5k less. We did not work out a deal and I wont ever buy a vehicle from them. When it's a buyers market I'll remember who was taking advantage of the people. They also cost them selves around $200,000 worth of extra business because my buddy who runs his own company came with me to see how the service was and he won't be buying his new trucks from them. Good luck treating people like a number. Won't make it long with that attitude. More
We saw a Sprinter van on their website and made two inquiries through their site. We called them and was put on hold without any one talking to us. We did not receive any response from our inquiries so inquiries through their site. We called them and was put on hold without any one talking to us. We did not receive any response from our inquiries so we decided to drive over and look at it. After a 2 1/2 hour drive and we went into the showroom and was told by someone to just walk around and ask someone to help us. After all of that we were told that the van had been sold. It would have been very nice if someone had answered our inquiries or phone calls. More
