What Others Say

We purchased a 2024 Cyclone from Holman. It needed repairs. We got in just after the manufacturers warranty (that’s on us). After having the trailer almost a month we were told the repairs were complete. Over half were not. The biggest was the fridge. We had opened a claim with the fridge manufacturer. All they had to do was communicate with them. They told us they had. When we picked up the trailer the fridge and many repairs were undone. They claimed the fridge manufacturer had given them a hassle. I spoke with them. Holman had not even been in touch. The repairs that were completed were extremely expensive. $500 to replace a small piece of trim which required the removal of 2 screws. Part was an added $95. Don’t buy from here if you are relying on them for service.

Purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 truck from them in October, 2023. Truck appeared to be in good condition mechanically and in appearance. Test drove it on a Friday and asked if we could take it home over the weekend. The salesperson was a personal fried who was new to the job and we wanted to help her out. She checked with her manager and came back and told us we couldn't take the truck home over the weekend. They probably assumed we were going to take it to a mechanic for an inspection and that's why they said no. This should have been the first red flag. We offered a trade in of a 2013 Chevy Impala that was worth about $3500 and they offered $1500. Since the Impala was paid off, we said no to the trade in deal. Then, they told us the price of the truck had gone up to $18500 from $19000. So, they did not honor their advertised price. In the year and a half that we've had this truck, it has needed new brakes, $1800 in transmission repairs and now the turbos are shot and it has a leaking valve cover. All of this is going to cost nearly $7,000 to fix. We wanted to do a co-signing deal with the loan being in my friend's name and me as a co-signer. They told told us that was not possible. We later learned from the lender that this was a lie. I do not recommend this dealership.

I bought a travel trailer from Holman and I highly recommend them. My salesman was helpful and responsive to my list of things I was looking for in a new trailer. Their selection was second to none. The other salesmen were very helpful. At the walk through all my questions were answered and I was able to test everything I wanted to. The trade in process was easy and they had the best price. When it was time to make the purchase the cashier made the whole process as smooth as silk. I searched for months at many other dealers all over the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky area but none came close to matching the level of customer service I found at Holman. In fact, it was just by luck I became aware of Holman through an internet search but in the future when I am in the market for any kind of vehicle I will be checking Holman Motors out first. They are an hour from where I live but are well worth the drive.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from Holmans in December 2020. The salesman offered an extended warranty that he said was "bumper to bumper". In May 2024 I started getting a noise from what I thought was a hole in the exhaust so I took it to my local Dodge dealership. Found out that a bolt had snapped off inside the exhaust manifold (truck only has 28,500 miles on it!). I wasn't worried because I had purchase the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty. I told them to order the parts and gave them the warranty number and the phone number to call for claims. Only to find out that Holman's lied about the warranty and this repair is not covered. It's going to cost me $2000 to get this fixed, plus the $2400 that I paid for a worthless piece of paper.

We own a 2020 coach man C class motor Home.We started going to Holman RV. This is the second time we have used them. We are vary pleased with the service that we have had done. Jim was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was okay.

Had our camper for 6 months. There was a long list of things wrong. They fixed one. They made the sale and than was done with us. Would not recommend.
