However, the opposite proved to be true, with Porsche releasing an updated 2.4L motor, which, in US-spec featured fuel injection and new emissions equipment for an output of 140hp in entry-level T-spec. With more power and more easily accessible torque, drivability was better than ever. The changes didnt stop there, either. A slightly longer wheelbase increased stability, while a new Type 915 transmission offered a conventional gate pattern and higher power tolerance. All told, the updated 911 represented a dramatic increase in everyday usability over the previous cars. Stylistically, the car remained largely unchanged, though additional black trim elements and larger bumperettes are tells for the eagle-eyed connoisseur. Naturally, like all air-cooled 911s, these cars are joyous to drive and offer a high investment potential. The exquisite 1973 Porsche 911 T 2.4 Coupe featured here is finished in classic White over an impeccably kept Black interior. This is an early 1973 example with desirable MFI fuel-injection; as one of only 1,252 coupes produced in the last year of the highly collectible long-hood Porsche 911, this is the perfect choice for a premier collection. Further, a complete engine rebuild was performed in 2019 by a marque expert, ensuring it is now ready to be driven and enjoyed by its next caretaker. We are proud to offer this investment-grade Porsche 911 T Coupe to the most demanding collector, investor, or enthusiast who desires to own one of the very best an investment price!
