He was very transparent with the numbers and provided excellent customer service over the phone. Because of how great his customer service was over the phone (by providing pricing information and answering my never ending questions), I decided I wanted to visit the dealership and potentially purchase my car at Valley Honda. His excellent customer service extended to in-person when I came into the dealership. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and helped me navigate my worries and the complexities that can come with purchasing a vehicle. He made sure that I was comfortable during the process and offered/provided water and coffee. Fred also gave me the space to think, process, and choose which color vehicle I wanted. He did not rush me at all even though I was at the dealership for over 5 hours (my choice to be there that long due to asking many questions and wanting to be sure I was making a good decision for me). If you are looking for an honest, professional, nice salesman, Fred is who you should call. In truth, I would recommend Fred Sims if you are looking to purchase (or lease) a vehicle.
