Made an appointment, brought truck in, and was told they wouldn't be able to look at it for a day or so. The lack of transparency when making the appointment was frustrating. The dealership got me in quick for an alignment and state inspection. Drop off was easy and pick up happened by 1200. Took my car in to have inspected for electrical concerns and driving /body concerns. They had my truck for a week and no loaner car was given. A multi inspection was done and came back with a few parts need and driving /body concerns. They had my truck for a week and no loaner car was given. A multi inspection was done and came back with a few parts needed to be replaced. One big missed issue was when you turn on my truck you hear hissing automatically. How was this missed but other issues not turned in for were found. Never bringing my truck here again. More
