When I booked the appointment I told them that the car needs to be looked at by a senior technician. I gave them the bulletin that explained the problem. Tires were to be rotated but on return the same tire on the same location was still having a leak so tires were not rotated but had been stated they were. Had the tire checked when the car was in for a rec the same location was still having a leak so tires were not rotated but had been stated they were.
