Complete bait and switch. I called to confirm that Internet pricing was accurate and that the pricing applied to the financing incentives Ford currently offering. Dealership ran my credit without telling me that pricing and financing were inverse and that the good price only applied for a drawn out loan at a high interest rate and that the rate I was asking about was not even available at all. So not only did I not get the car I wanted at the advertised price, but my credit took a hit as well. I also drove an hour to get there. Such a scam. More

Recently had to have some recalls done on my car. Isabella took great care of me. They sent someone to pick up the car at my work, took it to Huntley Ford, did recalls, and then delivered the car bac Isabella took great care of me. Horrible experience. They are liars. We purchased a car that needed a few details taken care of. They ignored us as soon as we left the lot. They pretended to order some They are liars. They xx'd about some detailing that had to be done but ... hmmmm.. the things they needed had to be ordered. Weeks later nothing and they won't return calls. Items missing from the car that I feel they took and used for another car or sold for parts. I have purchased a lot of cars and these people are the worst. I prefer Zimbrick and sad I didn't buy from them. They are on point for return customers. More
