They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience and I would most definitely recommend buying from them. In fact, there was a bit of a misunderstanding on the part of my vehicle which was no one’s fault and they sent a driver to my house, picked up the vehicle, drove it back, made it right and brought it back to my house which is a 200+ mile round trip. Absolutely no questions asked. They very easily could have walked away but they did the right thing just for the sake of doing the right thing which is the epitome of how an honest team operates. Thank you to David Wray and Floyd Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! You guys will be my first phone call the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. More
