Scheduled appt on May 7th for May 31st at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 2.5 hours before asking how much longer and being told 10 more minutes and that Friday and change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 2.5 hours before asking how much longer and being told 10 more minutes and that Friday and Saturday were the busiest days. Not that this should matter because I prescheduled my appt. Felt as though my time was not a concern. 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. More

Had appointment @ 12 got out at 5. It was for a 5000 mile service and a recall. Said it would take about 2 hours. Also asked if I wanted a car wash. I never received that.
